Please Help with Save Loanding on PokeHex

Hi , please i need help. I have a Nintendo 3DS with Checkpoint. I saved game on Pokemon Sun, then i exit to home and close the game, and then i opened Checkpoint and backup the save. But when i try to open the main file on Pokehex, desn't open anything, there is just a sound from pc......

The main file is 431 kb . Some guys tells me that the main file on pokemon Sun must be 448 kb, and of my save file main is 431 kb mean that is compressed, and pokehex can't read it correctly.......it's true?

I solved the problem, apparently it was a matter of reinstalling Checkpoint, now the save is read without problems. I thought I'd write it in case someone has the same problem in the future
