Was wondering that if i use a shiny odds multiplier cheat code, does it still follow the PIDIV correlation to create a legal Pokemon in the wild or eggs for ScVi?

There's no general answer. Depends on how the cheat code works, and if the developer accounted for the RNG correlations/mechanics.

SV wilds/eggs have no RNG correlations anyways. SV encounters are all separate crypto rng calls, except for raids.
