Help editing Pokedex on PKHex Scarlet and Violet

Hello,

 

I accidentally have certain pokemon registered on Scarlet and tried to unregister them. I did that on the latest verison of PKHEX and saved but the game still thinks that the pokemon are registered and shows as registered. Anyone know how to unregister pokedex entries and make them as not seen or heard? 

 

Also when I back up the "unregistered pokedex save" PKHEX shows those entries as unregistered but not on the actual game.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
