Help With Saves In .raw

Hey guys! Could anyone help me load a savefile in .raw format into the Dolphin emulator? I downloaded a savefile for Pokemon XD here from the forum, but I don't know how to convert it to the format that the program generates the files in, in this case the GCI format. Thanks for the help!

Raw files are memory card dumps. GCI files are save files contained in a memory card.

You can use the dolphin built-in memory card manager to extract the GCI save from a RAW memory card file (or viceversa).

Oh thanks, I tried extracting the gci file and putting it in Dolphin's Card a folder, but for some reason when I load the rom the game says there is no save file.
