Legends Arceus Trainer ID Photo Data?

i used pkhex's block data editor to change the skin color of my character to tan but the trainer id photo didnt automatically update alongside with it. 
ive searched online but couldnt find much info on how to edit it. i know it CAN be done though, but it was through a mod, but im looking to change it within the save data if its possible. can it be done through pkhex or hex editing?
