PKHeX on M1 Mac via WINE - July 2024

Hey all, I hope this is allowed.

I got PKHeX working on my M1 MacBook Air (running Sonoma 14.5) yesterday via Wine and I decided to document my steps and pass them along if anyone was interested.

followed, but I get this error at the end, even though I downloaded .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.7

created an account just to say thank you! it worked in the first try! 

for the guy up there that got the error: just use the most recent .net - in my case I used 9 all the way.
