[Sword/Shield] adding female hair to male character?

just want to know if this is even possible, and how it would be done. i dont want to change my character gender at all, i just want to be a guy with long hair like i am in real life, since the game doesn't normally let you. if it can be done in pkhex somehow that would be great, but im also able to dump my files and get directly into them if need be (just keep it in simple enough terms lol, im aware block editing is a thing that exists, but i dont fully get it yet)
