LF Unrivaled Primarina

As the title says I'm looking for a build for Unrivaled Primarina, I know that you can build the other Unrivaled Pokémon from the Encounter Database. I also tried to build a Primarina, but unfortunately I noticed that Primarina with Mighty Mark does not exist, because the event was after the latest version of PKHeX and therefore I would be happy if someone can send me a Primarina build.

You can import the event files from our event gallery and catch it in your game, or use the PKHeX Dev build to generate one from the encounter database

 I am unfortunately very new to the scene so I don't know how to set up PKHeX Dev Build, is there a tutorial?

Download the dev build, and use it just like the stable release
