Gen 6 ORAS - Console Freezes When Looking at Invalid Items

Hello, I have a small problem with my save file, essentially the Key Items slot has generated invalid items that hard freeze my 3DS console when looked at. I noticed this issue arose after I couldn’t pick up the EXP. Share that the game gives you and promptly froze my game. However after sorting and modifying my Key Items with PkHeX I am unable to fix this issue and can’t seem to find a report on it here.

 

Note the EXP. Share in the screenshot was added manually with PkHeX and looking at other items in the same pocket hard freezes the console and forces a restart.

 

Edit: adding 1 of every key item fills up half of the bag but is still able to replicate the issue

Edit 2: I am going to leave a save file of the bugged bag right here and start a new game, if the problem persists again I'll edit this post once again

 

Edit 3: I think I isolated the problem, it only seems to arise after I use PkHeX’s Load Boxes feature, as that’s when the bag seems to glitch out, now adding Master Balls in seemingly random places including Key Items
