Pokemon Black 2 save won't open: 3ds sd card or PKHex

I recently recovered all my backed up pokemon saves from my childhood from my dads hard drive. Got all of them to load correctly on my 3ds using nds forwarder and twilight menu besides my Black 2, which if I remember correctly had the most hours in it. I tested multiple things such as renaming the save file, downloading different black 2 roms to open it with, and even tried opening it in pkhex where it gives me the error: "Invalid save file loaded. Aborting." Trying to open it load it up on my 3ds results in a fresh game loading instead. It is also not a file size issue as the save file is the standard 512kb. Attached are the two Black 2 save files I could recover from the hard drive. If anyone could diagnose an issue or fix the file themselves that would be wonderful. I look forward to reuniting with all my old pokemon from this save.
