No, por el momento no existe ningún programa que permita editarlos. Aunque, como dicen por aquí siempre puedes usar algún tipo de editor hexadecimal, y así cambiarlas manualmente. ------ Traducción en inglés (Translation in English) It doesn't exist any program that it allows to edit it (It just exists to Diamond/Pearl).
