Activating Legendaries in SV [SOLVED]

Hi all, I'm trying to reactivate legendaries in my Scarlet save so that I can have Kubfu and both Urshifus for my living SV dex. All the snacks were obtained through Snacksworth legitimately, and I was able to catch the fresh Kubfu and then use the Activate Legendaries button to get Kubfu to spawn again. However, trying to do it a third time I can't seem to get Kubfu to spawn again. I'll note that I haven't gone out to catch any other legendary, just Kubfu.

EDIT: Apparently talking to Snacksworth again did the trick.
