Need a zarude and calyrex for the home dex

So I lost my copy of sword. Otherwise, I could get both myself. Unfortunately I can't now, and they're the only two pokemon in the home dex that I literally cannot get.

If anyone has a copy of SwSh and the ability to gen pokemon, please help. I can trade via home or SV, and I'm not picky about stats or anything, as long as it passes the home checks. Id rather not get banned if possible. In fact I'd probably release them after this, if that's alright, I literally just need their entries in the dex.
