How can i find my Pokemon White 2 SID?

Hello i want to do some RNG Manip to get myself a  shinny cressalia for competitive but i am struggling to find my SID for White 2.

I have a 3DS with pokebank+transporter, Pokemon White 2 and Pokemon X plus a SD Memory

From my understading i need to transport a pokemon from White 2 to Pokemon X, use the VS Recorder to extract a match to my SD Memory and then dump the files into KeyBV and after that use the file and input it into pkHex to read my SID. My question is if there is a post or some kind of written guide that streamlines the proccess and more importantly, do i absolutely need a shinny for this to work or can i get the SID from any normal pokemon?
