Can't see full

I have no idea how to fix this but when my pokesav screen is open it shows everything the pokemon you want to edit ect but when i look at pokedex it doesn't show it because my screen is too small i suppose (using laptop) and I can't move the pokesav screen too make it smaller.

I would take a picture but I'm using a condo's shitty wireless internet.

So does anyone have a idea how to fix this?
