Shiny Nat Ribbon Scizor

Having some trouble as a Novice of this, i am trying to make a Pkm File for a shiny shadow scizor from colesseum (Adamant). Ive tried and tried but to no avail, using RNGreporter even (most likely wrong.) If anyone has the file and maybe a step-by-step process to work on other things like this in the future, it would be greatly appreciated!
