Pokémon Colosseum & XD: Gale of Darkness (Espeon/Umbreon/Eevee) Dolphin Emulator

I wanted to ask this topic on here because frankly I need help. I've been looking all over several forums about how to get Espeon and Umbreon and Eevee with most desirable ivs and natures. I understand the rng manipulation thing (I use rng reporter) I have no problem doing it for shadow Pokémon later in the games but for the starters I still dont understand how to do it. I've seen someone mention Espeon and Umbreon are decided once you start the game on the first and seventh frame but could someone actually show it on a video? I've seen it done on actual GameCube on YouTube but not on dolphin simulator. The same issue would also be for Eevee in XD gale of darkness. I would appreciate any help, thank you.
