PokemonHome Can I get banned if in PKhex I get all of the mistery gifts of XY,ORAS,USUM and then transfer all of that on Pokemon Home?

I want to use all of the WonderCards, but I'm afraid to get banned in Pokemon Home. I want to get pokemon like the Shiny Yveltal of Pokemon XY in Mystery Gift, but i'm not sure if that is considered "Legal"
