Looking for a lvl 100 Eevee code.

I know a girl who likes pokemon, and I wanted to get her a gift. I promised her a level 100 Eevee (info below) and I have been trying to make it with pokesav. But for some reason, it doesn't work anymore. It worked with my Chikorita, but that was it. Now that it is broken, I still need to get her the Eevee.

Hey, what kind of attacks do you want the eevee to have? And if you want it to be a fully legit eevee it can only have an ability like Run Away or Adaptability, not No Guard. So which of the two do you want for it?
