Being banned in Pokemon S/V?

Hello! I have a question. Is there any news on being banned for genning pokemon? 
Context: I have two nintendo switches, I can already gen pokemon in that one. I kind of missed out on a few event pokemon and don't really want to go through the hassle of transferring my collection of vivillons and that one japanese perfect ditto. I have 100% intention of only trading over legit pokemon, no fuecoco with water gun. 

So that's my question, is it possible to be banned from trading over genned pokemon, even if they are normal?
