risks of adding key items to inventory? (gen 6)

so i'm playing alpha sapphire, and i wanna have both bikes before i've gone through literally the entire story and delta episode. what risks would giving myself the other bike early pose? i'm assuming things might be fine as long as i make sure i never obtain the other through legitimate means, but i wanna be sure on this one. can't find any info on this online either, otherwise i wouldn't have bothered registering an account and making this thread.

No risk at all afaik. I'm halfway through the game and it's been fine.
