Can PkHex create a nonexistent mon for the missingno glitch?

I have read about the inject den method but since hosting for others is no longer an option, I figure if I can just skip that and gen the glitch mon directly.

So I just wonder if PkHex can do that and whether I need to do anything special since I haven't used the program in Gen 8 yet. 

For context, I'll borrow a friend hacked Switch to gen the missingno and then trade it locally to my normal Switch.

Since those hacked mons could demage save files, crash applications and in the past it encouraged unauthorized mons/services selling we don't provide supports for it.

Use an hacked switch to clone your stuff, or search for a sysbot if you don't own an hacked switch.
