RNG Reporter Not Working? Something about .NET?

Hello anonymous users of the interweb, I'm back to ask random people on this fine platform to fix my problems for me (I tried I swear).

I've been messing around with PKHeX, and the classic PID Encounter Type Mismatch got me. So naturally I researched and come across RNG Reporter. I downloaded and attempted using it, but I always get this message when I open it which never leaves and always reopens if I close it.

In addition, I can't use the dropdown menu for RNG Reporter (just shows as blank where there should be Natures, for example). 

Please help.

I forgot to mention: I'm on a Mac M1 and using Wine 7 (I think) to Winebottle this.

Don't use RNG Reporter as it is (surely?) discontinued. Try with PokeFinder, it's from the same developer but made better.
