I need help with removing this screen and text from the boot up for a rom hack.

I would like help to remove the text and this screen at the roms bootup. Can someone please help?

I have been unable to find it's location via text/hex editor, hex maniac advance or map editor.. 

Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to make a new rom hack and this is the final piece I want to get done.
