Changing Battle Revolution DS Data

Hi,

I've found my old copy of Battle Revolution recently and was going to change the Pokemon in the game with a different save since I no longer have access to the original DS save that the game was already synced to, but then ran into a wall where it needed the original in order to transfer. I know that PKHex would allow me to transfer my DS Pokemon over the Battle Revolution, but I've wondered if it were possible to change the DS game/file that was synced to BR file instead of having to create another save file or to transfer via PKHex.
