New items no longer marked in BDSP invenotry

Hello. I have edited the number of TMs each by each (without using the Give All function) with the Inventory Editor in BDSP. Now I no longer get new item notification in my Bag in gameplay. The sections are not marked with the red and white exclamation point when a new item is obtained, and it may appear somewhere in the middle or at the bottom of the list. I would like to know how this happened and whether it can get fixed.
