Why do majority of my Pokemon now show "Invalid Affixed Ribon/Marking: 0" since the latest PKHeX Update?

Same as title, basically. When BD/SP support was added, they were fine. But then PKHeX had another update after that and since then, majority of my Pokemon have that error and show as illegal.

recreate those mons again with the updated pkhex to fix that
