advice on collection

good morning people, I wanted to ask you for advice
in practice I have passed all the pokemon of the old games up to 7 jan on ultra sun, and then from there I passed those possible on lets go, then on the sword those possible from lets go and ultra sun. now to avoid doing everything together still not possible to do something pokemon bank style? a place to merge them all, maybe even just a tip on how to move files to a folder or something else
