Legality of Darkrai

So i want to see the legality of this darkrai if i change the level met.

I have to fill you guys in on the back story of how i got this:

So i edited the event option to rebattle darkrai on my diamond save file with pokesav.(opened pokesav, clicked on events,clicked event flags,and unchecked the darkrai box so i can rebattle him,saved file).

I saved in front of him when I took the boat from canalave city to new moon island.

I did a rng abuse of this darkrai (hence the iv's) and when i battled him he was at lvl 40.

I want know if i edited the level met inside pokesav will it make him hacked/not legit since i did catch him in-game without any mods

i attached the untouched one without editing and the one i edited the level met
