Skilleyed Posted July 9, 2021 Share Posted July 9, 2021 I randomized a Pokémon x rom and wanted to randomize the level-up move set. But every time I do, it gives weak moves early and strong moves later on (so it isn't completely random). I tried it on UM USUM and ORAS and it's the same in all of them. Before when I did this it worked, but I haven't changed anything since. Does anyone know what to do to fully randomize level-up move set? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
