Need rom hack guides

Hello, I'm brandon. I would like to know what language pokemon is written in, how to inject code into the game to change the way the game works. I need to know all the ins and outs, all the keywords, programming language syntax and code. I'm hoping to find a program that can recompile the rom into it's original programming language, not actually little Indian byte code (cause I cant read bytes as words.).
