Edit: Also Oshawott cannot learn Razor shell still lvl 17. Edit2: Also as far as I know Pokemon from the Dream world cannot be Shiny. Edit2: Also as far as I know Pokemon from the Dream world cannot be Shiny. Edit3: Gliscor cannot have Sky attack and have its dream world ability because Sky attack is a Gen 4 only move. I still want Excadrill to be shiny please and as with gliscor please give it its strongest attack other then sky attack. And I want Gliscor shiny too please.
