I just noticed that we don't have our genders shown here. Is there a reason for this?

You can set them Via User Cp I think.

I just added a field for users to set their gender. Go to the "Edit Your Details" page of the user CP to set it.

Once you do, it'll show up like mine <<.

Pardon my gravedigging, but I figured it'd be better to post here than make a new thread! Genders can't be seen in the Site Theme, like by location and post count

Mhh, it may just only be working for PP and Default themes and they may need to be manually added to the new themes. I'll see what I can do.
