how do I put a .rar in PKHex

Hi. I'm new to pkhex and I want to put this rar in the software gen 7.rar but I don't really know how.. I tried to put the rar in a folder and select it with the  "load boxes" tool but it doesn't work.

Can somebody help me?

What files are inside the rar?

what do you mean? The file is the gen 7 shiny living dex (I included the link).

They are single pokemon files: you have to open a save and go to file, insert pokemon and choose a file inside the rar and it shoul appear the pokemon you have chosen and you can choose if you want to put it in to your squad or in to the pc

Install a Zip manager like 7Zip. 

A Rar file is a compressed archive with more files inside. Inside the Rar there will be the Pokemons files loadable into pkhex.
