Well. I put my PC on. and clicked on "Opera" (My Browser)

And it took me to Internet Explorer and at the top it said:

http://%22c/Program%20Files/Opera/opera.exe%22

So it didnt work. so on IE i went to google and Downloaded "Safari" and installed it.

And the same thing happend! it opened IE and said

Well. Anyhelp?

As of what you said, it appears IE is opening your browsers via their executables from the Program Files folder on your hard drive, why it's doing that I'm not sure... Could you give me some more information?

What might be useful:

The OS you're running (I know it's Windows but is it 7, Vista, XP, etc?)

The version of IE that you have

Whether or not you have any antivirus/anitspyware/firewall programs installed (If so which ones)

Dude, Norton has failed you...

You have a "TrojanSpy:Win32/Bebloh.A"... This nasty little piece of malware steals personal information, in particular credit information, and sends it off to who knows where; it is directly causing your problem with IE.

Microsoft has a patch for you here in their security alerts page.

I suggest you also get a better security suite and DON'T EVER USE IE AGAIN!!!

(Might I suggest avast! AND AVG and Firefox or Chrome...)

1. Go to "Run" and type "regedit" and press enter

2. In the "Registry Editor" window, go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows NT -> CurrentVersion -> Image File Execution Options -> safari.exe

3. In the right side block, there extra line other than (Default) as

%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

4. Delete the %ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" and check again.

5. Now safari works fine.
