Macaulyn Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 I want to make a playthrough of XD with a Jolteon, so I wanted to make my Eevee have HP-Ice (and decent power, at least) so I could have some coverage outside of Electric attacks. The problem is, whenever I alter the Hidden Power of the Eevee through PKHeX, it turns illegal, even though in other gens. I know its an offline playthrough, but I still want my Pokémon to be legal, I heard you could use RNGReporter to calculate Gen 3 Hidden Power, but I have no idea how to make that thing work.
