Help with "PID mismatch"

Hello, hoping someone can help me out. I'm trying to insert a Latias into my copy of Black, but always get the message "Invalid encounter type: PID mismatch" when I check its legality. I found this tutorial in the guides section here, but I can't follow it because RNG Reporter doesn't seem to work on my computer. (It immediately crashes upon opening.) Is there an alternate way to find a correct PID without using RNG Reporter? Maybe an online tool? I don't really understand the mechanics of RNG manipulation or PIDs so I don't know where else to look for this sort of resource. Any help would be much appreciated.

That file works perfectly, thank you so much!! I guess in the future if I have similar problems I'll just have to ask someone else to help me (it shouldn't be an issue because I don't really need to make any more Pokemon after this, but it's nice to know)
