Looking for Level 1 Regigigas, Palkia, Dialga

I'm interested in the small number of Pokemon that can be caught at level 1.  I can't find .pk7 files for some of them and would appreciate any help in finding them.

I'd love a file for any of these:
Level 1 Regigigas  (Platinum)
Level 1 Dialga or Palkia (HG/SS)
Level 1 Magikarp (caught at level 1 in Resort Area in Platinum)

I've got Manaphy and Giratina on my cart and just found a level 1 Gyarados file on this site.
