Map Posistion editing help

So I was wondering if there is a way to change my map posistion to a specific wormhole where it contains a palkia, if there is a way can someone give me the coordinates?

The easiest way is to open your save file with PKHeX, and go into the trainer editor. You will see your character position from which you can change coordinates.
