unanswered Adding the Fairy Type to BW2

Hey guys, i need help to add the Fairy Type to Pokémon Weiß 2 (White 2, german). I would to make a ROM Hack (where is Ethan from HGSS in Alola) from the german Pokémon White 2, because i live in Germany and it is easier to edit the text in this game. But the tutorial to add the Fairy Type doesn't work, because this is for the ?US ROM? and i haven't found any tutorials for the German version of the game. Can someone help me?
