Individual Item Modification Help??

For the love of me I can't figure out how to modify the amount of a singular item using PKHeX.

I can figure out how to add, remove and modifiy all items, but as I said above, I cannot for the love of me find out how to modify an Individual Item

Any help would be appreciated.
