Opening PKHex Error

So, a little bit of backstory- My brother got a MacBook for Xmas. Along with it, he got an SD card reader. His first thought was to download PKHex to help his competitive game, so he opened it with Wine and it worked fine for him. Then, when I came along with my MacBook, he showed me his PKHex and I wanted it too. So, I got Wine and PKHex, but when I try and open PKHex, I get this error.

Is this something you guys know how to fix, or is the error on my end? It would really help out if you could tell, I've re-downloaded both Wine and PKHex at least three times now lol
