help asap please

i recently lost my omega ruby game with alotttttt of progress on it but i have backup files and an extra omega ruby game i tried loading the backp on my spare bt all it does is corrupt is there any way i can fix this so i dont lose all my progress

Sorry there is no way at all using Powersaves. Each card has a unique encryption, if you totally decrypt the save file https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?37269-X-Y-Save-File-Research/page5 then you can insert it through PKHeX as a main file onto a new save file through homebrew and save manager. However I think you still need the orignal cart to do this so I think the only thing you can do is play through the game again

am i able to get my pokemon back at least through the above method thats really all i care about i can just use my ps to re max out my timeclock
