Anyone know Emerald cheat code

Hi, I've been replaying pokemon emerald recently, this time however I want to my pokemon to have the appropriate ev, is there a cheat code ,GameShark or code breaker , where i can either obtain 255 evs or let me bypass 100 limit of my vitamins
