How can I just play my retail cartridge on emunand 9.8

I need to use my oras retail cartridge on emunand, dont ask why. Everytime i start up the game, it tells me the data is corrupt, but i know it isnt because i play it on my new 3ds xl just fine. please someone help, id be very greatful.

I don't know if you solved that problem yet, however, you can't play your retail carts on emuNAND because of save encryption difference. Regular 3DS uses new encryption key (known as 6.0.0-KeyY) for pokemon game saves, while your emuNAND still use old encryption key. If you want to use your retail carts in the emuNAND, try updating your console to 6.2 - 9.2, or borrow another 3DS in that firmware range to export your saves.
