Banette can't learn Cotton Guard, unless it's from a Gen V event, the ability is fixed as Cursed Body. The Entei you want is an event one with a fixed OT/TID/SID info, so it can't have the info you provided. The rest are alright.

I understand.

But can you change it to make it possible to me to have those pokemon? I mea do you have those OT/TID/SID info for entei and you can change the abilty of banette if it needed.

The Entei is already done, but Banette's ability can't be changed if you want to keep Cotton Guard.

I want to use mega banette so the ability isnt important, just keep cotton guard.

Also it can't have Destiny Bond, as that's an egg move, and it's a Dream World wild pokemon.

For some strange reason, Gunk Shot is an egg move for Banette, yet it can't be taught by a move tutor. So that and Destiny Bond is replaced.
