Wishing to play as Cynthia in white 2 and have d/p/pt bike music to import in in white's 2 bike theme

Hello everyone. I would like if someone can help me with the small wish i have. I want to play the pokemon white 2 version as Cynthia completely (Sinnoh League Champion girl with lot of hair lol) and change the white 2 bike theme to diamond's/pearl's/platinum's bike theme. If it is possible, please help me. I can provide you with a clean rom and a save file. By clean i call the rom that has no hacks e.t.c. Just tell me via pm or here when to start. Thanks in advance.

Yeah i've tried it. It seems good however i would like to see how will it look when it's 100% complete along with the small wish that i have. It seems strange because i have seen people changing even the world (how it looks like) or even adding new areas and compared to this it is much easier i think.
