HELP GENNING KELDEO AND GENIES WITH PKHeX!

I've been doing the new pkhex method for ORAS, but for some reason i can't create a legal keldeo nor genies. Could someone help me?

Search for a PKM of Keldeo, it's an event pokemon so that means its OT/TID/SID are all a specific value, and there are more than one Keldeo event. The pokescrap one is recent, so that shouldn't be hard. The genies, what abilities did you set? If they're HA, their met location has to be Dream Radar, OG is B2/W2, in a dream ball, levels are 10, 20, 40 (there are others, but nothing higher than 40). If not HA, met location in ORAS for all is "Soaring the Sky" and level 50. I'll share this, it's a database of legends/mythical pokemon, you should find the ones you're having trouble on in here.
