Original Gen to Omega Ruby

Hey all,

New here so not sure if this is the right place to ask, I have only ever played & completed the original Pokemon red when it first came out of the Gameboy managing to get all 151 pokemon.

What I want to ask is what would be the quickest way to get as many or all the original pokemon onto Omega Ruby? with just only the base stats not lvled up or evolved & no weird evolution's etc. I am not interested in online events etc.

BTW pokemon created in PKHEX at lvl1 will they learn spells automatically as they lvl up in game? or do I need to add them all also? sorry new to all this...
