RustInPeace Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 Cacturne with its HA and bullet seed is impossible in legit terms, as the latter is a Gen IV TM. You'd either have to make it yourself, or I can and send you the file. You can't enter it in Battle Spot, it can't be traded via wi-fi, but I think it's fine for GTS.
